Please fully inspect your order immediately after delivery. Keep all packaging until you have completed your inspection. If your item is defective upon receipt, we will happily exchange your item, just give us a call at 888-GET-RACY or send us an email at info@racy.com to make us aware of the situation.

****We cannot not accept returns of opened costumes and clothing for any reason. Items returned that have been opened will be discarded and no credit will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to exchange or return the item(s) provided the item(s) have been unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all of the manufacturer's packaging and tagging still on the product. Items that are returned in an opened or used condition will be destroyed and no credit will be issued. All clothing items that are opened are not eligible to be returned for any reason. Insertable items (vibrators, dildos, etc) and items that touch the genital area (vibrating rings, cock rings, blow-up dolls, etc) are non-returnable.

All products returned, following the guidelines above, are eligible for a refund. We will credit the total purchase price, less any shipping fees. If you received free shipping on your order your refund will be less $6.95 if your remaining order balance is below $59. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns will be completely inspected prior to issuing any credit.

All return shipments require authorization. Please contact us for returns approval and instructions. Items recieved without prior authorization will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.
