I strongly recommend this product to any woman who needs to "tighten up". It is so easy to use, just relax your muscles, insert it inside of you and THAT'S IT. For me I would do little kegel while its in for a lil extra tightening. You can leave these bad boys in for as long as you like, and cleaning is a breeze! After just 2 weeks of using it I feel a strong difference, so does my lover. I use these Ben Wah Balls everyday. This is a really great investment! 5 stars!
