I got this product, I didn't really like it I didn't think they were heavy enough it didn't take any effort for me to keep them in and I don't like the gel either

My doctor recommended a set of balls. I didn't get them here, but it is the same thing (and cheaper!). The gel was okay, but I prefer the old standby china shrink. It's always nice to have it different. I spent a lot of time for myself in exercise and I recommend an exercise program doing kegels helped me in my problems.
