It's pretty good. Two complaints, one suggestion: Instruction booklet does not explain the modes, and you can't control time settings, and a belt pouch would b e useful. I used a medium sized camera case.

A normal tens unit is a better idea. My main comment is about the advertisement - notice that on the box, one of the leads has the positive probe on one areola, and the negative probe on the other areola. This is NOT the way electric toys are to be used! Granted that this device may not have any Amperes and is likely not at all dangerous, but do you really want to teach people to pass an electric pulse accross the HEART? - What if they then confidently attach a stronger unit the same way? ... Do not induce cardiac arrest by playing foolishly!!!

Good product, took a few tries to get the hang of the controls but once that happened it was a great buy.
