There needs to be clear instruction on how to strengthen the PC muscles like how often to use or how many reps you should use to achieve results.

I like this but wish the instructions came in a seperate pamphlet instead of on the box. Just a neatness thing really. This also doubles as a great anal toy for him and her.

After the birth of my daughter everything was feeling out of shape even my vagina. I didn't want the balls, I didn't like the thought. This is such a good easy alternative. It is pretty cool looking too! I think it has made a huge difference.
